B&W photography is an art unto itself. Even war photographers knew how to use light and darkroom skills to bring out the drama. I think colorizing historical shots is an insult to those photographers. If anyone thinks colorizing photos of, for example, Ansel Adam’s work would be an improvement they are nuts. It only make the photos into sellable wall hangings for idiots in my humble opinion which is correct
