I have bad allergies to many things. I think it was most likely lilacs or some other plant. It might have been ice cream in combination with the allergens rampant this time of year. It would take a long list and a lot of space to write it all down,so “many things” is a concise summary.
Recovered now without the epi-pen so all is well
