When I went to take my test for my private pilots license, my certified examiner gave me a destination which was to the northwest from the Turner airstrip. I did my preflight checklist and we took off in the Cessna. After about 15 or 20 minutes doing some maneuvers I noticed what looked like a horrendous rainstorm ahead. I told the examiner that I wasn’t going any further and will do a 180 degree turn which I did . He said take me back to Turner, you just passed you flight test. That was one of the best days of my life.
