Alternate preamble to the Cracker Barrel Net

We the People of the Northeast Cracker Barrel Net, in Order to form a more perfect radio experience, establish contact, insure the discussion of technical issues, provide for the common interest in each other, promote the general Welfare of the group, and secure the Blessings of Ham Radio to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this net which meets 365 days of the year at 7 pm eastern daylight time on 3.921 MHz. Before I have a call up, are there any stations with emergency or priority traffic ?
